Self drilling screws are DIN 7504P. They can drill straignt into thin sheet metal or wood without the need to pre-drill saving time. There are countersunk with a pozi drive.
It is important to get the correct tensile strength using the correct self drilling tek screw diameter and length to provide a secure fixing.
These are bright zinc plated fasteners which is a preventative measure from corrosion. Ideal for using outdoors or in damp or wet environments. Also bear in mind using different materials can cause fusing through corrosion especially in damp conditions when mixed with aluminium or stainless steel materials.
