Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept Paypal or card payments through the Paypal gate way. If you place your order, your card company/Paypal will convert the transaction to your own currency. We can also accept Visa and Mastercard payments by phone when contacting us on 01889 270163 during our opening hours. (Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm and Saturday’s between 9.00am and 12.00pm) We do not accept card payments from none EU countries by phone. Although we accept bank tranfer payments internationally on request for large order values where-bye goods will only be despatched once your payment has been cleared into our bank account. Please note, international bank transfer can take up to 7 working days to clear payment from some countries. Back ordered items are charged for in advance and a refund will be given if we cannot fulfill the item ordered. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping and handling prices indicated are based on sending goods to United Kingdom mainland only. Shipping to other locations can be made. Prices will be displayed within the check out for all other locations within EU countries. Please enquire for a quote prior to ordering for locations outside EU countries.
We will normally despatch your order within 1-3 business days for a scheduled next day delivery to UK mainland. Other areas and international orders may vary depending on location. Please contact us for further details email@example.com. If we cannot fulfil your order within this schedule, we will contact you by email with an estimated despatch date.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added unless the item is VAT excempt. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. When credit card payment are made by phone, we enter these details into the card (PDQ) machine whilst you are reading your card details. We do not write down card details or keep records of card details.
We guarantee your satisfaction by either refunding or replacing any goods that are not to your standard once notification has been reached by us within 7 days of delivery. All of our products come with a full manufacturer warrantee which may vary from product to product. Although we have made every effort to provide the best images possible on this website, please note that all images are for guidance only and will not always be the exact illustration of the item.
